It is rather bothersome as it appears as I am playing any game. Also I have noticed a slow-down in performance with the newest version. I was playing God Of War 2 near flawlessly in version 12/25/2017. Now there are lags due to, "compiling shaders." Not sure if it is the notification itself or there are actual problems with the shaders.

Now it does this every time I launch the game and the screen is always black now (even during the tutorial). My log files are attached. I tried clearing the shader cache, restarting the game, computer, and RPCS3. I tried openGL and Vulkan. Any advice would be very much appreciated!
